Values are not principles read from a wall. They are exactly how we work.
To assess the quality of a consultancy firm, looking at expertise alone is not enough. The real question is: what does this firm do in difficult moments? Which choice does it make when the client's interests and the easy path diverge?
At Akbaş, the answer to that question lies in four values. These are not abstract concepts; they are a set of principles with concrete counterparts in every meeting, every analysis and every client relationship. Discipline, discretion, craftsmanship and horizon form a whole that completes one another — concede on one and the others are also compromised.
We set these values for ourselves; because advisory is built on trust. And trust is earned not only through results but through process.

Discipline
Every figure is verified three times. There is no room for error. An incentive certificate must be robust enough not only to comply with legislation but to be defended by the client under any circumstances.
Discipline manifests itself not in working hours but in the habit of tracing every piece of data to its source. If a figure is correct, it has documentation. If there is no documentation, there is no figure.
Discretion
The client's strategy, figures and vision stay with us. This information is never passed as a reference to another client in the same sector, never cited as an example at a meeting table, never disclosed indirectly in any setting.
Discretion is an ethical obligation; it is also a strategic choice. The moment trust is damaged, the partnership ends.
Craftsmanship
Incentive legislation is not a template — it is craftsmanship. Every file is woven uniquely; because every company's sector, investment profile and growth dynamic is different. Two companies applying the same legislation will not reach the same outcome.
Craftsmanship demands originality rather than standardisation. Every analysis is built from scratch. Every figure is assessed in its own context.
Horizon
Not short-term gain but long-term value. Getting an incentive certificate approved is not the goal; shaping the decade ahead of a company is. This distinction determines the strategy behind every recommendation we make.
Horizon means evaluating today's decisions with tomorrow's impact. Right and timely, rather than fast and wrong.

We are not affiliated with any bank, fund or institution.
Our recommendations rest solely on the client's strategic interests. We have no agenda directed by any financial institution, investment fund or public body. This independence is the sole guarantee of correct analysis.
The client knows what is being done at every step.
Every decision made during the process, every document prepared and every application submitted to authorities is shared with the client. There is no room for surprise. Potential delays, risks or changes are communicated in advance — not explained after the fact.
A commitment given is carried like a written obligation.
Project scope, timeline and expected outputs are defined clearly. If there are deviations, we are the first to notice and inform the client. The foundation of our ethical understanding is not to avoid outcomes but to stand alongside in achieving them.
