Protection Notice.
This notice explains how Akbaş Advisory collects, processes and protects your personal data in accordance with Turkish data protection law (KVKK).

The categories of personal data processed through the website contact and application forms are set out below:

3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared in the following circumstances:
- With email service providers (Resend) for the purpose of delivering form submissions. Data is deleted after delivery.
- In anonymised and aggregated form with analytics service providers (Google Analytics) for statistical purposes.
- With legally authorised public institutions and organisations when required by law.
Your personal data is not transferred abroad or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Retention Period
Personal data collected through contact and consultation request forms is retained for 3 years from the date of collection. Career application data is retained for 2 years. At the end of these periods, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
5. Rights of Data Subjects
Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed;
- To request information if it has been processed;
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose;
- To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, domestically or abroad;
- To request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate;
- To request deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7;
- To request notification of the transactions set out in the two preceding items to third parties to whom data has been transferred;
- To object to a result that is to your detriment arising through exclusively automated analysis of your data;
- To claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of your data.

Your request will be concluded within 30 days at the latest. Requests may be subject to a fee in cases specified by the Personal Data Protection Board.
