For complaints regarding professional liability and ethical violations, you may apply to the Tekirdağ Chamber of Certified Public Accountants. The Chamber operates a disciplinary and complaint mechanism under Law No. 3568.
TÜRMOB Disciplinary Board
Your right to apply to the TÜRMOB Disciplinary Board is reserved for professional complaints that cannot be resolved at chamber level. Examination is conducted under the TÜRMOB professional ethics rules.
Judicial Recourse
Çerkezköy courts are competent for the resolution of disputes. Turkish law applies to disputes arising from the service agreement. We have no obligation to mandatory arbitration or alternative resolution.
